BELTON — For the past few years, 5 percent of Central Counties Services direct services have been crisis related.

Ray Helmcamp, executive director of the Central County Services, gave a snapshot of the crisis services the organization provides to Bell and surrounding counties, during a Judge and Commissioners’ Committee on People with Disabilities meeting on Wednesday.
