A pandemic is a major trigger for a lot of people. Not only do they fear contracting COVID-19, but there are underlying effects like anxiety, depression, and stress.
As the state of Texas re-opens, many people are coming out of isolation. It may be easier for some to get their mental health back on the right track, but others will continue to deal with the ramifications for COVID-19.
